in the heart of Crop Circle country

Stay in a delightful cottage near Devizes in Wiltshire and experience the magic of Crop Circle season as it draws to a close.  Feel the sacred relationship we have with the Circles, the ancient landscape and the mysteries that abound here.

We will be able to pay special attention to exploring new formations as they appear, visiting as many formations as possible, as well as investigating with other researchers (e.g. an afternoon with Michael Glickman). Meet other “croppies” at the Silent Circle Café, and visit the Barge Inn, yesteryear’s meeting place on the picturesque Kennet and Avon canal.

Spend time at the many important ancient Sacred Sites in the area, including Stonehenge, where we have private access for sunset meditation. Visit Avebury Stone Circle and related sites of Silbury Hill and West Kennet Long Barrow chambered tomb. Also enjoy a full-day trip to Glastonbury, the mystical Avalon, where we’ll get to climb Glastonbury Tor, see the holy thorn tree on Wearyall Hill, visit the Chalice Well with its healing waters and peaceful gardens, and sojourn awhile amongst the Abbey ruins.

Optional adventures include an exhilarating flight to observe circles from above, and a sky/crop watch. Most of our meals will be at charming country pubs or small cafes.
